Good leadership requires good decisions. Although decisions are not always right or wrong, it can make a difference in showing good leadership. Decisions I like to make are based on facts and in terms of analyses. Although general information is mostly given by simple analytics, gaining specific insights through in-depth analysis is something I admire the most.

Good leadership requires a person who is visionary and entrepreneurial at the same time. Sharing this vision by inspiring others is something I like to do in a creative and authentic way.
